Power+Energy wins Taiwanese orders for four hydrogen purifiers
Power+Energy Inc of Ivyland, PA, USA, which provides palladium-membrane-based hydrogen purifiers for LED makers, gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) power and high-frequency devices, photovoltaic manufacturers and polysilicon suppliers, has booked orders from customers in Taiwan for four more PE9000MZ purifiers (to be delivered and installed within the next calendar quarter). The firm says that it has also recently shipped systems to the USA, Germany and China.
“We are very pleased to continue to grow our customer base in Taiwan,” says president Noel Leeson. “The continued success of the PE9000MZ product demonstrates that its performance and cost are a good match to the needs of the market and that our partnership with WahLee Industrial Corp is proving successful in winning users over to Power+Energy’s products,” he adds.
In March 2010, Power + Energy announced a partnership for WahLee to exclusively sell and service it’s purifiers in Taiwan and China.
